My devilish, lung-busting, leg-sapping, heart-thumping, heat-searing Tuesday night Turbo Torture sessions are back. This is the real thing - accept no substitutes.
You all had enough sitting around on the sofa for the last month complaining about the weather and unable to cock yer leg over your bike. I aim to return your form to race edge sharpness, styarting this Tuesday 11th January at the Wembley Club rooms. Doors open at 7:30pm for warm-ups and my enjoyment begins at 8:00pm..... I can't wait!
